The TPPL commitment.
A policy that is publicly available and communicated throughout the business — applying to all products manufactured by TPPL.
TPPL management is committed to complying with national or international standards for the manufacturing of cables. This policy is publicly available and communicated throughout the business.
This policy applies to all products manufactured by TPPL.
TPPL strives to achieve customer delight by timely supply of quality products at competitive prices — focusing on continual improvement in product, process and system. TPPL introduces and implements a sound QMS (Quality Management System) in all activities, and monitors, reviews and improves product quality through continual improvement.
How we maintain the policy.
TPPL ensures the quality policy is maintained by achieving the following objectives:
Strive to increase Turnover & profitability by minimum 5% in every year ending 31st March.
Maintain existing level of zero customer complaints by meeting sales targets and production efficiency targets on product quality.
Impart a minimum of 5 hours of training per year to each new operator or lab assistant — and provide training to every employee per the annual training calendar.
Reduce Reject/Rework and cost of quality by capping downtime of critical machines (extruders) to a maximum of one week per year through preventive maintenance.
Ensure no delay in delivery of the existing product range — timely delivery is a tenet of the quality policy.
